• Sponsor receives their logo on the Montana Ride To Remember website as well as on all banners, posters, flyers and any printed materials handed out and pertaining to the event.
• Sponsor name will be printed on t-shirts that will be available for purchase.
• Sponsors are encouraged to set up a booth at the Friday night bbq and again Saturday morning prior to the ride ceremony to promote their company. Sponsor is welcome to set up at our final destination in West Yellowstone and at any of our designated stops in between.
• Sponsors will receive either 6 t-shirts recognizing them as a sponsor OR a vinyl sponsorship banner.
• Sponsors will receive 6 wristbands for riders to join the ride with no registration cost to the rider. All riders are required to check in and sign a waiver at registration.

This includes in-kind donations as well as monetary donations.

• This allows the opportunity for any individual or business to make a cash donation or donate items for our silent auction. Any business donating $500.00 or more in cash or merchandise will receive honorable mention in our program.
